Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) is inviting applications for the position of Sepoy General Duty in the Nawaz Sharif Road, Lahore. There are limited vacancies for both civilians and ex-servicemen, which will be filled based on provincial quotas.

Recruitment will be based on the following provincial quotas:
- Punjab (Including Federal Areas or Islamabad)

Quota for Minorities: 5%
Recruitment Criteria:
Educational Qualification for Civilian Candidates:
- Sepoy (General Duty): Minimum Matriculation. and high Education .
Age Criteria for Civilian Candidates:
- Candidates must be between 18 to 30 years old as of September 30, 2024. The government provides a relaxation of 5 years. Preference will be given to candidates aged 18 to 22 years in the final selection.
Educational Qualification and Age for Ex-Servicemen:
- Educational Qualification: Must have at least Matriculation or equivalent.
- Age: As per prevailing laws up to September 30, 2024. Preference will be given to those with more education and experience.
Physical Standards for Civilian Candidates:
- Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches.
- Chest: Minimum 33 inches with an expansion of 1.5 inches.
- Weight: Minimum 121 pounds (excessive weight as per medical standards is not acceptable).

After registration, candidates must report to their selected recruitment center with the online slip on the given date at 0800 hours for initial medical examination, physical tests, and written examination.

Training:
- Selected candidates will undergo basic training at Pakistan Rangers Academy, Mandi Bahauddin.
Instructions for Candidates:
- Bring your online registration slip when visiting the recruitment center and submit it at the relevant center.
- Candidates who meet the criteria should bring original and photocopied documents, 2 photographs, and additional qualifications if any. Also, bring 2 self-addressed envelopes with the candidate’s full home address, phone number, and position name clearly written.
- Attend your selected recruitment center on the date specified in the online registration slip for the selection process.
- If any educational documents are found to be fake, legal action will be taken.
What to Bring:
- For the physical test: Bring appropriate shoes and necessary equipment for the written test.
Additional Information:
- Recruitment is based on merit. The final selection decision rests with the Director General of Pakistan Rangers (Punjab). Therefore, do not contact any Rangers personnel or civilians regarding the selection process.
- No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided to candidates coming for recruitment.
